Business or personal disagreement and conflict are often caused by stress. Specifically, stress impairs the mechanisms of communication and relationship. This is heightened during emotionally charged conflict.
If a person is under too much stress they can become reactive, defensive or numb. This impairs their ability to communication or settle an issue.
In general, reducing stress improves communication. This helps to repair or resolve the situation.

My services are designed reduce the mental, emotional and physical stress that contributes to inter-personal and family conflict. These skills focus on the physiology of relaxation, communication, and relationship. This helps the client remain composed, grounded and expressive in the face of intensity and uncertainty.
My goal is to take the excess stress out of the situation and to keep communication functioning.
Too often good people simply fall under too much stress and become blind to the situation at hand. Stress, especially in a personal, family relationship, is held deep inside the body – literally to an early child and medical physiology layer. This is the skin and touch layer – central to personal intimacy and relationship.
This is why I offer somatic and massage treatments. It brings composure and helps resolve deep, old stress. This is a layer of reflex below most people’s awareness. Therefore, typical ‘stress management’ doesn’t work. This is where I am an exceptional resource.
