Getting Started There are three ways you can get started in your first session - your choice:
First: Just relax Your first session can be a simple relaxing professional massage. We’ll spend a few minutes getting to know each other, then fill out a basic intake form about how you hold stress in your body. We’ll focus on your immediate physical body needs. No need to think about anything else - just relax!
Second: Explore then relax If you’re curious about the education and training aspect of this work, then in your first session we can explore more of your goals. We spend a few minutes discussing how stress affects your business and your ideas how to address that. I’ll share some of my experience that relates to your goals. Then, you’ll receive a great massage. This approach give you a feel for who I am and how I work.
Third: Dive in deep This third approach works well if you already have good insight and motivation into your needs and goals. If you like the approach after reading the website and introduction material, or speaking with me on the phone, they you can dive right in. You can fill out a more complete intake form before your first session. This form asks about your goals, challenges and how stress is affecting your life, body and business. Then in the first session we work to pinpoint high value skills to add to your existing business and wellness practices – based upon your goals. We get right to work!
