Financial Hardships Rates
The stressors of the world are many.
As I specialize supporting clients with simple and complicated stress, trauma, and illness conditions, I know first hand that the toll of these hardship effects our lives, relationships, jobs and our finances.
Many can benefit from the work I offer, and finances can be a barrier.
The services offered are based in traditional massage and are advanced bodywork and somatic skills. The fees are higher than standard massage, and the benefits can be exceptionally higher.
You may benefit from this approach, yet the standard fees may be high for you.
Therefore, if you are suffering from a stress-illness-trauma condition and want to receive regular sessions, yet are constrained with finances, please contact me (This email address is being protected from spambots. A reduced fee is available on a case by case basis.
This offer is for individuals with more complicated stress-illness-trauma conditions and financial hardship. Any reduced fee may by temporary, and the price may increase in the future. This offer may be revoked at any time.

A. Massage- Somatics-Wellness
This category of service includes traditional massage and mind-body modalities.

2.0 hours: $230 - $340

B. Trauma Bodywork: Advanced stress-trauma-illness-resilience sessions, Medical massage consultation and treatment
If you need the higher service level of Trauma Bodywork, but can only afford the lower fee scale of Massage – Somatics – Wellness, we can discuss what is supportive for you. We will do the trauma bodywork at the lower fee scale. It is my intention to make the sessions affordable for you to receive the quantity of services for you to achieve your goal.
This service integrates all of the elements of listed above in sections, and adds Trauma bodywork, stress-trauma-illness-resilience sessions, Medical massage consultation and treatment. It then adds a long term arc towards healing deep wounds. It can also addd skill development to support healing arts practitioenrs, or students, to enhance their personal skill level to support their own cleints.

Services are rendered based upon a 'sliding scale' fee.
Sliding scale means that you decide how much to pay within the range provided based upon your appreciation and your ability to pay. For your session, there is a range that you can pay.
Why ''Sliding Scale''?
'Sliding Scale' means that you decide what amount to pay within the range that is offered. Why?
Some clients are in a position to compensate based upon the average rate for services of this high caliber.
Some clients need this high caliber of service, yet are constrained financially by factors of health or life situation.
You decide the compensation based upon your appreciation and your ability to pay.
I offer the sliding scale, as my work is advanced, and not everyone who needs it can afford the rate. So I aspire that those that can pay the higher end of the scale will do so, to support those who need the work, yet can’t afford even the low end of the scale.
Consequently, I price my services so that it is in reach of more people.
Additional Fees
Additional time spent in phone consulation, research, report writing or other services not conducted in the in-erson or phone session are charged at the base rate for the type of session, with a 15 minute minimum charge.

Outcall- Home Visit Sessions and Fees
- Outcalls/home visits are available.
- Call or email me for further details.
- An outcall fee is charged in addition to the session fee based upon your location and driving factors.
Insurance: Auto Accidents
Billing for Auto Insurance accidents is available based upon a review of the case.
Many Insurance companies allow you to visit a massage therapist after an auto accident without a referal from a Physician or chiropractor. It is common for a physician or chiropractor to prescribe massage to ease the pain associated with an auto accident. Insurance companies routinely cover this.
Insurance: Medical, Health
I do not bill health insurance companies for payment.
Payment is required at time of service.
I will provide you a receipt for the massage that you can submit to your insurance provider, if necessary.
Fee for Service
I provide fee-based services:

· Time in research, case review and report preparation.
Refund Policy
If you are honestly not satisfied with your session your money will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
A 50% fee applies if the session is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.
a 100% Fee applies if the session is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
No cancellation fee is assessed for emergencies that fit the following criterion: a sudden illness, a sick child, medical emergencies, auto accidents, a fire, a flood, something of this nature. Personal or business related issues that involve a change of your priorities where you decide not to honor your appointment do not fit these criterion for an 'emergency' - a cancellation fee is applied.
Service Animals are Welcome
Your service animal is welcome. They may be in the treatment room, but must be well behaved. Please bring a carry case in the event they need to be placed there. Please bring a blanket or bed for them to lay on.
Not a scent-free environment
This is NOT a scent-free office. Organic essential oils are used in the office.

Privacy
All sessions and all information shared during sessions are private and confidential.
