These sessions: - Help you to be firmly grounded in your physical body. - Enhance your self awareness, insight and give you breakthroughs. - Help you organize your emotions in your body. - Uncover body-based memories that are hard to access with talk therapy. - Dissolve, discharge and dissipate deep layers of physical and emotional stress.
