These sessions explore body centered insights that support your sessions with your therapist.  They build on the Somatic, Mind Body & Expression skills mentioned above.


Unexpressed stress in the body layers can disrupt relationships, contribute to divorce, cause family challenges, interfere with employment and block inner peace and satisfaction. 


These sessions:

- Help you to be firmly grounded in your physical body.
- Enhance your self awareness, insight and give you  breakthroughs.  
- Help you organize your emotions in your body.
- Uncover body-based memories that are hard to access with talk therapy.
- Dissolve, discharge and dissipate deep layers of physical and emotional stress.

The sessions use a coaching approach (phone, email and text messages) to support you to take the action that makes the changes you want.
